Do your powered products come with a battery charger, or must that be ordered separately?
All our powered products come standard with a battery charger to be used with a 110v domestic outlet.

Will this product work in subzero (Fahrenheit) environments?
We cannot recommend operating our motorized products at this temperature range. The charger is rated to charge at a minimum of 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The batteries are rated for a temperature range of 5-122 degrees Fahrenheit. This means the battery may operate poorly in these conditions.
