Do the CooLift Lift Assist handles lock in either the up or down position?
The handles default into the folded (down) position (for storage) and are only in the upright position when the user pulls up on them to lift the back of the CooLift unit.
What is the average life expectancy of the CooLift pallet?
It mainly depends on how the pallets are used by the customer. If the customer slides the pallets around on the warehouse floor with weight on them, the pallet legs will wear down or the legs will break altogether. Customers should always pick the pallets up off the floor when moving them. If they do that, they can get several years out of a pallet.
How much higher does a CooLift Pallet leg extension make an unworn down pallet?
The pallet leg extensions, when fully inserted into the pallet leg, add 1" height.
Does the charger upgrade kit come with a configured battery tray to replace the enclosed battery box type?
here is no pre-configured battery tray for the upgrade. This part comes with a battery tray and the components needed to update the wiring between the batteries, and the wiring from the batteries to the switch plate. You will need to take the batteries out of the existing battery box and reassemble with the tray. The assembly instructions on this product page shows the steps needed to make the upgrade.
What is the width between the pallet legs if I want to insert forks into the pallet with the short side leading?
The gap width between the inner wall of the pallet legs is 15.50" ±.30".
What is the part number for the CooLift - Electric Hydraulic Lift Only (CTA model) compatible AC charger?
If your CooLift already has the NOCO brand charger, the compatible AC charger is part number 315509. If your CooLift does not NOT have the current NOCO charger, you must purchase the 3155091 upgrade kit.
