The handles default into the folded (down) position (for storage) and are only in the upright position when the user pulls up on them to lift the back of the CooLift unit.
It mainly depends on how the pallets are used by the customer. If the customer slides the pallets around on the warehouse floor with weight on them, the pallet legs will wear down or the legs will break altogether. Customers should always pick the pallets up off the floor when moving them. If they do that, they can get several years out of a pallet.
The pallet leg extensions, when fully inserted into the pallet leg, add 1" height.
here is no pre-configured battery tray for the upgrade. This part comes with a battery tray and the components needed to update the wiring between the batteries, and the wiring from the batteries to the switch plate. You will need to take the batteries out of the existing battery box and reassemble with the tray. The assembly instructions on this product page shows the steps needed to make the upgrade.
